Hybrid Jingles for 2Day FM Sydney

Today’s Hit Network is a network of contemporary hit radio stations run by Southern Cross Austereo in Australia. 2Day FM is the network’s station based in Sydney. After a successful rebrand of the network in December 2014, the station has just started airing some awesome ‘hybrid’ jingles created by David Konsky.

When asked about the new imaging David said, “Whilst not a traditional jingle, more so a hybrid, the original idea was a focus on the word “Hit” given the networks recent re-branding. I created 5 themes that were in line with our current playlist, covering EDM, House, Drum and Bass (half tempo versions to cover some urban tunes) ensuring that they were fun and playful within our current tone and feel. Vocal and musical arrangements were all done by me.”
