UK Radio Network chooses AudioSweets ID for 3 fresh new jingle packages
To coincide with United Christian Broadcaster’s radio network rebrand and launch of their second national DAB station, UCB have launched 3 new on-air imaging packages produced by AudioSweets ID. A collection of 3 custom ID packages reflecting modern worship and positive values.
David Taviner, Head of Radio, said “UCB needed new imaging for our three radio stations and the guys at AudioSweets ID quickly understood the complexity, as well as the simplicity of the brief. The result, that inevitably involved some fine-tuning, is a very flexible package that, helpfully, leaves room for expansion and development in the future. Great jingles from a great team – at a great price!”
The packages comprises of 15 themes made up of IDs, Ramps, Shotguts, plus information utilities for UCB’s two National DAB stations UCB 1 and 2, plus gospel station UCB 3.
Simon Prentice, AudioSweets Managing Director added, “After producing the CHR imaging for UCB Extra it was great to work with UCB again on these 3 packages. It was truly a global production with tracks written in Dubai, vocalists in Spain and Dubai and gospel singers in Texas, all mixed and mastered in the UK. After talking to David and team at UCB it became apparent that despite the variety of genres played over the network, from EDM and pop to gospel and ballads, positivity was the underlying theme. The use of the extended singalong harmony hooks gives all the cuts a feel good, positive sound and the sonic, used across all 3 packages, provides consistent branding and identity across the network.”
UCB join recent jingle packages produced for the UKRD’s Spirit FM, the Lincs FM Group, kmfm, Scotland’s Central FM, SIBC and a CHR package for the Student Radio Chartshow from AudioSweets ID, produced by the team behind the successful Sweet Factory – AudioSweets huge pick and mix imaging site is used by over 80 stations in the UK and over 450 across the world.
