Phantom Producer Earn US Patent
Phantom Producer, one of America’s fastest growing online radio imaging services, announces the issuance of a US Patent for its web-based application for managing and combining syndicated imaging audio with local station jingles and IDs.
This patent serves to protect the technology surrounding the process and delivery over the internet and mobile networks. The invention allows radio stations to access radio imaging services covering 9 different formats – customize it instantly via the Phantom App – and then transfer the mixed files tostudio automation systems or cloud-based storage from either a desktop, iPad or iPhone. An Android app is currently in production.
“The philosophy behind Phantom has always been about innovation”, said Phantom Executive Producer Jeff Thomas. “We entered the market determined not to be more-of-the-same in the category and we continue to invest in new ways to meet the ever demanding needs of today’s time-poor content managers”.
The service has been represented by The Weiss Agency since its launch. Eric Weiss added: “Whether it was the imaging he created for the launch of the Kiss format for Jacor, The Howard Stern Show for Sirius XM or his creation of the internationally known Killer Hertz library, Jeff has always been an innovator. Now even the U.S. Patent office is recognizing that fact!”
