Ignite Creates Custom Jingles for Welsh Radio Network

Five radio stations across South and West Wales debuted a new custom jingle package from Ignite Jingles over the Summer.

The jingles for Bridge FM, Swansea Bay Radio, Radio Carmarthenshire, Radio Pembrokeshire and Radio Ceredigion utilise a brand new sonic logo, heard across all eight jingle themes and the news, weather and traffic beds, giving the stations a strong, fresh on-air identity.

Managing Director Martin Mumford says: “Creating a single package that works across so many different stations was a tough brief, but Chris and Ignite nailed it. We’re delighted by the new sound of our stations.”

Ignite’s founder and Creative Director Chris Stevens said; “Creating a package that needs to cover a wide range of station names was a really exciting challenge – it’s great listening to them on air across South and West Wales.”

Ignite Jingles is based at MediaCityUK and has produced jingle packages for stations in France, Denmark, Spain, Mexico and for broadcasters across the USA. In the UK, clients include Minster FM, Sun FM, Connect FM, Radio Essex and The Bay.
