He is the the Imaging Guru of KDWB in Minneapolis/St. Paul but has been the brains behind many brilliantly branded stations including a bunch in Dallas and a little CHR I was the Night guy/Afternoon guy on 6 or 7 years ago! He also did time with our friend Chris Stevens at TM Studios. I plan to make this interview as technical as possible and very Production-centric. Focus will be placed on the theories and skills needed behind conceptualizing and producing a major station in a major market. Basically, Ricky, be prepared to come with it!
