Radio Contact (Belgium) ‘restyles’ jingle package
It is commendable that in a changing and evolving world some radio stations see their strong point in being dependable and consistent. Radio Contact has been a PURE Jingles customer for over 5 years and, throughout that time, the station has kept the most consistent on-air imaging of any of PURE’s customers.
During the last couple of years the station came to PURE Jingles for some small updates to their jingle package. This year, however, they needed a slightly bigger overhaul. They still preferred keeping some of the same sonic elements of their previous jingles.
Refresh
Instead of starting with a blank slate, the PURE Jingles team worked on remixing and reproducing their favorite jingles of the last 5 years. Additionaly the vocals were resung, to get the vocal sound more in line with the latest production trends.
Result
The ‘new’ package is 11 cuts strong (10 Main Themes and 1 Top of the Hour). It aims to make the station’s audience take a renewed interest in the station as a brand without having to adjust to a completely new image.
