Studios Peak News – Summer 2007

Montreal, June 27, 2007 – In 2007, Studios Peak distinguished itself for the number and quality of radio stations that used the Montreal-based company’s sound imaging service. Geographic location and style of music have never presented obstacles for Peak’s artists. New creations in Top 40, R&B, Adult Contemporary and 60s and 70s for stations in Ireland, France, Quebec and Martinique prove the point once again.

PEAK ENGLISH!
Peak has penetrated the English-speaking market! In Ireland, Beat 102-103 have just awarded Studios Peak the sound imaging contract for the station, after the Peak team produced a series of promos for a contest based on the series The Fugitive. The ads created a frenzy in the street of towns in five counties in the southeast of Ireland, even spilling over onto YouTube!

PEAK FRENCH!
Mona FM is the most recent station to entrust its sound imaging to Peak. This major radio station in the Lille area in the north of France specializes in music from the 60s and 70s. This major creative mandate is yet another string in Studios Peak’s bow.
Studios Peak also produced the imaging for Radio Mont Blanc, a station perched high in the Alps, and for Variation in the west of France. To promote a series of shows in Brittany, Hit West, a customer since 2004, decided to go big with an ad with singing, created by Peak.
Loire radio station Activ 90.3 turned to Peak once again for its new summer sound imaging. The package includes sung jingles with the latest in hip-hop and pop sounds.
In Guadeloupe and Martinique, Peak has been part of the success of Trace FM for the past three years, the radio station that saw the greatest increase in audience last year.[1] The West Indian station is once again partnering with Studios Peak for 2007.

PEAK HERE, THERE AND EVERYWHERE!
It’s not surprising to see Studios Peak’s signature no matter where you go in the world. But with all this success abroad, Peak has not deserted the Quebec market. On the contrary! The Peak team is the exclusive sound image developer for CKOI and recently renewed the sound of its popular show “6 à 6,” integrating more humour to a style reminiscent of Madonna’s catchy pop.
The team recently handled the sound imaging for five new Corus group stations to hit the FM band. Studios Peak produced a variation on the style developed for Quebec’s most popular talk radio station, 98.5 FM.

PEAK AT THE PEAK!
Studios Peak is proud of the trust of its new partners and customers around the world! Satisfying different audiences and cultures is a fabulous challenge for this team of musical creators.
No matter where you are, with Studios Peak you won’t believe what your ears will see!
