Sky Radio Reaching New Heights with Wise Buddah Jingles

Yesterday, Sky Radio in Holland launched a brand new Custom ID update package, produced by Wise Buddah in London. It marks a transition from Sky’s fresh AC sound to a hotter and more contemporary Sky Radio. The package consists of 13 Custom IDs.

Creative Director and Founder of Capital Media, Anthony Timmers: “About three years ago we started with the changes at Sky Radio. From a Soft AC format to a Modern AC radio station. Although it’s only one word difference, the station sounds completely different than before. Now we took the next step with Wise Buddah Jingles and the result? Super fresh! Again a great production with Marc Vickers!”

The 2014 jingle package for Sky Radio follows on from Buddah’s original package in 2011 and top-up & Christmas cuts in 2012.

Paul Plant, Director at Wise Buddah says “the idea was to retain the strong melodic sound that Sky Radio is famous for but with a little more edge and power, reflecting what is happening in the pop music world today. We know Uunco and the Team at Sky really well from working together on previous packages, and we’re really proud of the way we have helped to shape their evolving sound, brand and identity.”
