The DAP Top Ten Talent Index honours presenters who are working hard to create highly entertaining radio day in day out in Ireland. The Index is very much about being recognized by direct peers who know and appreciate the difficulties presented by our industry.

This is why the Index is judged by a panel of radio programmers and professionals drawn from national and local stations across the country. In the interests of fairness and independence, employees of DAP have no part in the nomination or judging process.
