New Jingles for The Revolution

96.2 The Revolution are the latest UK station to pick up a jingle package from TM Studios. The station changed from a rock and indie music format to an adult contemporary format after Steve Penk bough the station in late August.

From RadioToday.co.uk

“Manchester radio personality Steve Penk is just one part of a major new line-up for 96.2 The Revolution in Oldham, RadioToday.co.uk can reveal.

Whilst Steve returns to the breakfast slot, former Key 103 colleague and Radio 1 DJ Gary King will host mid-mornings and James H Reeve joins for Saturday Sport. The new line-up will be guided by newly appointed station manager John Evington.

“There will more surprises along the way”, promises Steve. “I’ve invested a lifetime’s work in this venture and I’m determined to give this great part of the North West the station it deserves. I am very confident that with the new team in place we can achieve just that”.

Former Original 106 managing director John Evington will lead the new team, which changed from a rock and ‘indie’ music format two weeks ago, to a female friendly adult contemporary format.”

To help feshen the station up Steve called in the big-guys at TM Studios and had them resing the Kingdom FM package for The Revolution.

“Quality, quick turnaround, attention to detail, staff who really care, the best radio jingle company I have ever worked with” – Steve Penk
