Top 40 Oifigiúil na hÉireann and Wave 104 added to Music 4

As we reported back in January, Top 40 Oifigiúil na hÉireann got new jingle from Music 4. The 4 new cuts are now on music4.com.

Top 40 Oifigiúil na hÉireann (The Irish Top 40) is the official music sales chart for Ireland, compiled weekly from music sales nationwide by Chart-Track for IRMA, the Irish Recorded Music Association.

Our good friends at Digital Audio Productions in Dublin produce a weekly syndicated show which is broadcast weekly on eight stations nationwide. The show is presented in Irish and has all the production values you would expect from an English language Top 40 show, including a rather fab set of Music 4 jingles….sung in Irish!

The package is made up of various tracks selected from our extensive back catalogue and then re-sung to incorporate the Top 40 Oifigiúil na hÉireann vocal melody line originally created for the show in 2005.

And, Wave 105 in Solent came back to Music 4 for more jingles this year!

Wave’s latest set of Music 4 imaging is made up of a number cuts from our back catalogue that have been adapted with new vocals to incorporate Wave 105’s original and well known logo plus updated remixes of their current news, travel and weather cuts originally created by us in back in 2004.

The music 4 jingles introduced to bbc wm 3 weeks ago are not a custom package. They are the instrumental cuts composed Radio tee’s in 2007. Both the standard and the top-up package from july 2008 are currently being aired, All cuts are already on the music 4 website.
