Star Radio pick EZ Rock jingle package

At 5pm today, Star Radio in Bristol started airing a brand new jingle package from Wise Buddah.

Star Radio’s 2009 package is a resing of Buddah’s EZ Rock package. It features a custom 4-note logo with the wonderful vocals of Emily Macintosh.

Ricki Lee, Programme Controller of Star Radio – Bristol, said:

I’ve been working with Paul and all the guy’s at Wise Buddah for the past few years now, but when I made the call asking for a custom resing I thought “There is no way this is going to happen”..

They presented me with a Brand New custom logo for Star Radio & playlist music jingles. Wise Buddah have upped the jingle bar with this package – It’s the nuts.

Good work guys.

That’ll be Bristol Star Radio then? That is no longer owned by UKRD? And now owned by Tomahawk Radio?

Im told by someone I know at UKRD they can only use STAR name for another year….or two…

  2. Tom says:

Well you’d be wrong – Tomahawk purchased the name STAR for the Bristol Market as part of the deal. That I read from a press release from UKRD’s CEO William Rogers

Back on topic, first time I’ve heard this package from Wise Buddah. It’s really nice!
